Harrison Oellrich

    Harrison Oellrich is a founding board member of Both Ends Believing.  He is president and managing principal of Ottauquechee Risk Consultants, a reinsurance and risk management consulting firm. Prior to founding ORC, he worked for over 30 years at and was managing director of Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC, the reinsurance subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC).  Throughout his career he has advised the White House, members of Congress, their staffs and committees as well as the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Cyberspace Security, Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office, the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and the Army War College.

    Harry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Masters degree from Hofstra University with a concentration in management. He serves on the board of Lutheran Social Services of New York and is a commissioned deacon of the Atlantic District, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, where he is installed and serves two vibrant congregations. He also serves as the Atlantic District’s mission chair reporting to its bishop on mission activities within the district and its numerous churches. Harry is married and has three adopted children.
