Lightness Aquiline

Tanzania Country Manager

Lightness Aquiline started with BEB in November 2022. Her role at BEB is Country Manager in Tanzania where she works closely with her government to manage and oversee the implementation of Children First Software throughout the country. Lightness grew up in Bukoba Municipal, Kagera, Tanzania, where she still lives. She holds a BA in Policy Planning and Management. Before coming on board the BEB team, she worked as an Executive Secretary for SV Children and a Project Coordinator for Tanzania Youth Network.

Her inspiration behind the work she is accomplishing for BEB is to make a better future for the vulnerable children in Tanzania.
